Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Jeff Sherman serves as HMS’s executive vice president, chief financial officer (CFO), and treasurer. Additionally, he is responsible for corporate strategy and development, including mergers and acquisitions, and security.
Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and hospital-based finance, previously serving as executive vice president and CFO of AccentCare, executive vice president and CFO of LifePoint Hospitals Inc., and holding senior finance and risk management positions at Tenet Healthcare Corporation.
Jeff received a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder; and an executive master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
