PRI Registrar recognizes HMS for its commitment to quality and continual improvement
IRVING, Texas, Oct. 25, 2018 (PRWEB) – HMS (NASDAQ: HMSY) has achieved certification to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System from the Performance Review Institute (PRI) Registrar. This certification recognizes HMS’ ongoing commitment to quality by satisfying customer requirements and industry specifications.

Specifically, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is a global standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. Other ISO standards look at many types of management systems – such as environmental or occupational health and safety management. However, ISO 9001 is based on the idea of operational excellence. It requires an organization to define objectives and requirements, organize and document processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
